Hmm... it was asked quite sometime ago , but i hope u will still like an answer. 
Property prices will usually go up , so no matter buying for self stay or for investment definately is worth buying. 
Even if prices drop will not be very drastic. And also not long before it goes back up. Rental Yield for Maysprings is very good as well at 3-3.3k for 3 bedroom and 2.4-2.6k for 2 bedrooms(Averagely 5++%). More info of average pricings for rental and sales can be found on the URA site.

Worth to buy?
Location seems good with bus interchange, LRT, Bukit Panjang Plaza and future MRT. Condo facilities is quite ok too. Price is going up steadily. Worth to buy?
