Price cuts help sell project
PROPERTY heavyweight Far East Organization has achieved encouraging sales for three 99-year leasehold suburban projects after it trimmed their prices by about 3-5 per cent shortly after the Chinese New Year period, sources say. 
 
Far East is believed to have sold around 20 units at Hillview Regency following the price cuts.  
 
Before the cuts, it had been selling units at Hillview Regency at prices range from about $700-plus psf to the high $800s for apartments facing Little Guilin.

I totally agreed. I just passed by today and the price psf has increased again. It is >$700 psf It is one of the few 99 leasehold property in the Hillview area and is selling almost the same as the rest of the freehold? hmm..

just drove pass hillview and noticed that far east org. had revised the selling price of hillview regency to $700 psf. it was 550 then 608 then 630 and now 700 psf. 
 
all this happened within 6 months meaning an increase of about 50 psf every 2 months and this is only a 99 leasehold property. no need rocket scientist to do the calculation for us. 
 
so easy to make money , i am going to resign from my job and concentrate on property speculation full time.
