Galaxy Tower

I went to view Galaxy Tower Condo and i should say that i was totally unsatisfied with this property. First of all it seems this area is infested with prostitutes from Geylang area and then as a condo does not have any facilities. 
 
To me it just looked like a HDB infact some executive HDB that i have seen offer much better value of money rather than the old condo where everything just survives. 
 
All the furniture inside the apartments are just barable and anyone buying or renting have to spend lots of money in reparing and maintanence because everything thing is too old. 
 
Though being old it cannot be part of nblock sale because majority share of this property is with Darul-Arqam the Moslem converts association and they dont seem to be interested in nblock sale so anyone buying literally has to live with it.
