That bugger didnt tell u a full story.. The 2 bedders that you mentioned does not overlook the garden.. Only the loft units in the middle oversees the garden; and those units are expensive... 
Nice exclusive proj compared to Gardenvista imo; esp the rooftop pool.. :D

I think i go for Raintree so as not to over-stretch myself. Another factor, i was told both Gardenvista and Jardin both built by FEO. read a lot on the company on the workmanship.... true?

Both properties are 99 yrs, I know Gardenvista is close to the railway track and it can be noisy at times but not as frequent as MRT.. Not sure if the railway track run next to Raintree. Of course, if you like nature, Raintree is a better choice. But resale value is better for Gardenvista. Afterall, the price for both property is very different. So it depends on your budget.

$2000 psf, worth the price?
Far East Organization has just launched this property around $2000 psf. Wow!!! So high!!! 
 
Comparing to Gardenvista and nearby Raintree, which is better?
