Being a resident of Euhphony Gardens in Sembawang, I have seen prices stagnate over the last few years. Recently just prior to the launch of Northwood Condo which has been sold out, it was noted the developer of Euphony Gardens started aggressively marketing the remaining unsold units in this development. I believe this is one main reason contributing to the fall in prices of the development.
