not sure of the true demand..i really doubt...when the TOP comes..i wonder how many occupied ones are there!!! tell us the real demand..savills....look at so many condos which have TOP..they are empty!!! How many foreigners u need to rent to?..are they gonna pay such high rent under such a severe global environment?

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) also revealed monthly property market data of transacted benchmark prices as well as median prices. During the month of November, a significant number of transactions were seen at Amber Residences, which sold 85 units at the median price of $1,392 psf.
