How to Post FREE Property Ads

Here is a step by step guide to help you to create an account and start posting and managing your property ads.

Note : Once you have submitted your application, you can login to your newly created account using your defined username and password.

Step 2 - Login
Proceed to login in the login section on the left side bar.

Step 3 - Creating Your Profile
This is where you create your profile. Please give as much information about yourself as possible. A well written profile with a photo (only JPG or PNG files) of yourself will give a professional look to your ads. You can always come back to this page and update your profile at anytime.

Step 4 - Posting of Ads
Once you have created your profile, you can start posting ads. Click on "Add Property" to post ads. Please give as much information on the property. Feel free to post as many ads as possible.


Steps in adding your property:
(i) Fill in all information under "Properties".
Note : Please provide a valid street address so that the location of the property can be generated using Google Map. Correct examples: Yishun Avenue 11, Telok Blangah Crescent. Do not enter two street names together. Wrong example: Mariam Way / Flora Road.

(ii) Fill in more information on the property under "Extra Fields ".

(iii) Save and Insert Photos on the property.

(iv) Publish the property.
Note : Your ad will be published immediately after you have saved. If you do not want to publish the property at the moment, change the State to unpublish.


Step 5 - Managing Your Ads
To manage your ads, click on "Manage My Properties" to view Published ads and Unpublished Ads. You can edit the current ads by clicking on the title of the ads. To delete the expired ads, click on the delete icon.

Step 2 - Login
Proceed to login in the login section on the left side bar.

Note : Icon size will be resize to (80x80) px while Image size will be resize to (300x300) px

Step 3 - Posting of Merchant Ads
(i) Proceed on to the Merchant Directory. Click on the "Add Entry" to post your merchant ads.


(ii) Provide as much information on your service or business.

(iii) Select a category for your service or business. You can select upto 5 categories.

Enter the security code and click "send" to add your merchant ad.
